Finding someone
Is Tminta free?
Yes. Searching and contacting businesses on Tminta is free. You deal with them direct, and we do not add a fee.
How do I contact a business?
Open their page and use the buttons on the right: call, WhatsApp, email or website. Your message goes straight to them, not through us.
Does Tminta check the businesses?
No. We list businesses and show what they share, but we do not vet them. Check licences, ask for a written quote and read the reviews before you hire. Our guides show what to ask.
What is Ask Tminta?
Describe the job in your own words, for example "a logo for my bakery". Ask Tminta finds the matching services and the businesses that offer them.
Reviews
Who writes the reviews?
Customers. Anyone who hired a business can write a review on its page. We read each review before it goes live and remove ones that are fake, abusive or not about a real job.
Can a business remove a bad review?
No. A business can ask us to check a review. We remove it only if it breaks the rules above.
For businesses
How do I list my business?
Use the "List your business" page. It is free. We check new listings before they go live.
My business is already listed. How do I update it?
Open your page and use "Claim this page". Tell us what to change. We confirm that you own the business, then update it.
How do I remove my listing?
Open your page and use "Remove this listing". The page is hidden at once, and we delete it within 30 days.
Where does the information come from?
From the business itself, or from public sources such as the business website and social media pages. Our privacy notice explains this.
