I can help you to build a fitter, healthier, and happier lifestyle, with one-to-one or small group personal training sessions. Both can be done online or outdoors and indoors. I offer different packages, depending on your goals, level of fitness, and preferred form of training. From my side, you will get an individually tailored exercise plan together with nutritional advice. That plan will be constantly monitored, and adjusted according to your progress.
