I.T.P. Ltd

We are I.T.P. Ltd, Developers & Finishing Contractors, established in 2017. We specialise in building, infrastructure and turnkey projects across Malta. At I.T.P. Ltd, we handle all aspects of construction work, making sure every project moves forward smoothly from start to finish. Our team is experienced in managing diverse jobs, and we take care of all required work permits before any work begins. I.T.P. Ltd offers a full range of services to support construction and development needs throughout the island. Our services include roadworks, which involve preparing and building road surfaces and drainage systems. Demolition covers the safe removal of structures, while excavation prepares the ground for new builds. Building and alterations involve constructing new properties or modifying existing ones. Plastering creates smooth wall finishes, and gypsum work includes drywall and partition installation. Tile laying provides durable floor and wall coverings. We also offer skip rental and scaffolding to support site operations. We install aluminium apertures such as windows and doors, and we fabricate and fit railings for safety and design. Our interior design service helps shape functional and appealing indoor spaces. At I.T.P. Ltd, we manage each job to stay on budget and on time, coordinating every phase with care. We ensure permits are secured early, reducing delays and keeping projects on track. Our work suits clients who need reliable support for construction, infrastructure or complete turnkey projects. Whether it is a small alteration or a large development, we provide the services needed to complete the job. I.T.P. Ltd is equipped to handle multiple tasks under one contract, simplifying the process for our clients. We do not outsource key functions, allowing us to maintain control over timing and coordination. From initial planning to final delivery, we focus on clear execution. Our approach ensures that every project we take on meets the agreed scope, timeline and requirements, with all necessary permissions in place from the start.
