O'Hea Opticians

We are O'Hea Opticians, providing eye care in Malta since 1999. Our practice is based on The Strand in Gżira, with another branch in Valletta. O'Hea Opticians is managed by a qualified dispensing optician, and we have an eye specialist who attends the clinic every day to support patient needs. With our long-standing presence and professional team, we offer reliable and accessible eye care services across both locations. At O'Hea Opticians, we provide a full range of vision solutions. Eye care includes comprehensive assessments and ongoing support for your eye health. We supply spectacles and sunglasses for everyday and lifestyle needs, including children's eyewear designed for young wearers. Contact lenses are available for those who prefer them over glasses, and we stock Hoya lenses, known for their optical performance. We also offer glasses repair and replacement services, helping you maintain clear vision with minimal downtime. Our in-store lab allows us to carry out repairs or replace glasses in about an hour. This means you can visit us and leave with your eyewear ready to use, often on the same day. The process starts with an assessment of your needs, followed by adjustments, repairs or new lens fittings as required. Since we handle much of the work on-site, we reduce waiting times and keep the service efficient. O'Hea Opticians serves anyone in need of eye care, whether you require a routine check-up, new lenses, or urgent repair. Our services suit individuals of all ages, including children, and we support those needing specialist input with daily access to an eye specialist. We stock a range of products including spectacles, sunglasses, children's eyewear, contact lenses and Hoya lenses. Our branches in Gżira and Valletta are equipped to handle most eyewear needs, and our qualified team ensures professional care at every step. At O'Hea Opticians, we aim to make eye care straightforward and accessible for everyone.
